一次过。因为重考很麻烦，所以硬逼自己练习一次过了

强迫症加一，清完再走以后就不用麻烦地再回来补了

按时睡觉让身体产生惯性是最好的，到了睡觉点身体就会硬要求你睡着了。不过现在这个时代也很难做到吧哈哈...
